This is a Marketing and Events Coordinator role at PaleBlueDot AI. This position plays a key role in enhancing the company’s market presence through effective event management, agency coordination, and content creation, supporting a hyper-growth company at the forefront of AI infrastructure.

• Mission: Drive PaleBlueDot AI’s market engagement by coordinating events, managing agency relationships, and creating compelling social and blog content.
• Tech Stack: Canva, Adobe, CapCut, LinkedIn, X, Instagram, CPM, CTR, UTMs, pixels, alt text, keywords, meta, internal links
What You’ll Actually Do
• Event Management: Coordinate and execute in-house events from initial planning to post-event analysis, managing logistics, vendors, RSVPs, and budgets while keeping timelines and trackers updated.
• Agency Coordination: Serve as a primary liaison with creative, media, and PR agencies, ensuring timely delivery of assets, approvals, and accurate tracker updates.
• Content Creation: Develop and publish engaging social media and blog content, including drafting posts for LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, and writing event recaps with basic SEO optimization.
• Campaign Support: Assist in the setup and tracking of paid and owned marketing campaigns, utilizing performance metrics like CPM, CTR, and UTMs/pixels.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career; Current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Experience: Practical experience in event marketing or brand coordination is essential.
• Skills:
* Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through, comfortable with live event work.
* Proficient written and verbal communication skills, effective across technical and non-technical teams.
* Basic graphic and video editing proficiency using tools like Canva, Adobe, or CapCut, alongside social media platform knowledge.
* Familiarity with performance marketing basics, including CPM, CTR, and UTMs/pixels.
• Bonus: Technical background or strong curiosity in AI, ML, Infrastructure, or Cloud computing, with flexibility for occasional evening/weekend event work.
