The TL;DR

• Mission: Provide comprehensive technology support to AE2S staff and clients, ensuring the smooth operation of systems and services.
• Tech Stack: IT Ticketing System, Mac, PC, Linux, Microsoft Office
What You’ll Actually Do
• End-User Support: Provide timely and courteous end-user support by troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing desktop-level fixes, and installing system upgrades.
• Security Operations: Contribute to critical information security duties, including deploying and monitoring security controls, performing SOC monitoring, and assisting with phishing remediation efforts.
• System Administration: Assist with software releases, system rollouts, backups, and configuration changes, clearly communicating updates and their impact to end users.
• Incident Management: Monitor and manage IT alerts and incidents, identifying emerging trends and collaborating with security teams to detect and escalate potential security issues.
• Documentation & Training: Maintain accurate documentation by tracking incidents, updating knowledge bases, developing help sheets, and contributing to security awareness programs.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a degree or certifications related to Information Technology.
• Experience: Experience in providing technical support for desktop, network, and software technologies.
• Skills: Strong communication and time management abilities, knowledge of basic computer hardware including laptops, desktops, and printers, experience with Mac, PC, and Linux operating systems, and application support for Microsoft Office.
