The Tone:

This role provides essential administrative and office support to enhance school administration and stakeholder engagement efforts. It is central to fostering community connections, managing school communications, and supporting overall school success through outreach and development.

• Mission: This person will drive engagement efforts, manage external communications, and build community connections to support the school’s mission and vision.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Outreach: Coordinate school outreach events, engaging with media, families, and community partners.
• Social Media: Lead the creation and management of content across all school social media platforms.
• Communications: Draft and produce external communications such as fundraising requests, press releases, and newsletters.
• Website Management: Manage website/school portal updates and write engaging blog posts for stakeholders.
• Event Coordination: Organize and coordinate school and community events, including necessary purchases.

• Skills: Exceptional communication and writing skills with attention to detail; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), AI, and graphic design processes; an outgoing and personable approach to engaging diverse groups.
• Bonus: Prior administrative or office experience in a fast-paced environment; Florida teaching certification with relevant school experience.
