This role is crucial for early-career talent to gain hands-on experience supporting the building and improvement of our Logistics Warehouse and Supply Chain Management Team. You will contribute to global projects, helping to make everyday life smarter, faster, and more connected through advanced logistics and innovative technology.

• Mission: This person supports end-to-end supply chain operations, contributes to process optimization, and drives digitalization initiatives within a global logistics network.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Operations Participation: Participate in end-to-end supply chain operations, covering procurement, transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Daily Fulfillment: Support daily order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics scheduling to ensure smooth operations.
• Process Analysis: Assist with data analysis and report preparation to identify opportunities for process optimization.
• Interdepartmental Alignment: Communicate across departments to align supply chain operations with business objectives.
• Digitalization Projects: Contribute to supply chain projects focused on driving digitalization and automation initiatives.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career. Graduating in 2025 or 2026 with a degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field.
• Experience: English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication.
• Skills: Strong analytical skills, proficient in Excel, clear logical thinking, strong sense of responsibility, excellent communication, and teamwork skills.
• Bonus: Native Chinese speaker preferred. Experience in international supply chains. Strong interest in supply chain and e-commerce industries with a willingness to grow in a challenging environment.
