What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Engagement: Build strong, trusting relationships with both prospective and existing clients.
• Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients’ unique financial goals and challenges.
• Solution Presentation: Present customized life insurance solutions, including Term Life, Whole Life, and Indexed Universal Life (IUL), along with broader financial strategies.
• Client Support: Provide exceptional, responsive, and personalized customer service throughout the client engagement process.
• Professional Development: Participate in comprehensive, hands-on training to master sales strategies, communication techniques, and financial product knowledge.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career professional with a high school diploma or equivalent; an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred. An initial understanding of or strong interest in sales and sales management principles is beneficial.
• Experience: No specific years required; any previous sales experience is considered an advantage.
• Skills: Strong communication and customer service skills, eagerness to learn, team-oriented mindset, highly motivated and goal-driven.
• Bonus: A strong enthusiasm for financial literacy or life insurance is a definite plus.
