What You’ll Actually Do
• Gain Exposure: Engage actively to gain invaluable exposure across diverse service areas including Business Services (Tax), Accounting & Audit, Family Wealth Services, and Client Advisory Services (CAS).
• Participate in Training: Complete structured training modules to build foundational knowledge, complementing practical hands-on client work.
• Collaborate with Mentors: Work closely with a dedicated mentor, peer buddy, and supervisor, utilizing their support to guide professional development.
• Monitor Development: Participate in regular check-ins to review progress, receive feedback, and maximize learning outcomes during the internship.
• Explore Career Paths: Understand the potential for continued employment as a Tax Season Intern or Staff Level I, based on performance and interest.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student in Accounting. Early Career.
• Experience: No prior professional experience required for this internship.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication abilities, apply analytical skills to evaluate information and solve problems, exhibit strong organizational skills to manage tasks and responsibilities effectively, and maintain a positive, professional, and collaborative approach in team settings.
• Bonus: 3.0 GPA preferred.
