What You’ll Actually Do
Master the Sales Cycle: Learn the foundational principles of B2B sales and every step of the sales cycle, acquiring versatile skills applicable across various industries.
Drive New Business Growth: Actively prospect for and nurture new business accounts, identifying opportunities to connect top-tier sales talent with companies striving for exceptional results.
Build Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers and clients, supporting ongoing account growth and client satisfaction.
Achieve Performance Goals: Apply proven sales techniques to consistently meet and exceed established business goals and contribute to Ryse’s expanding presence across the Bay Area.
Foster Team Culture: Contribute actively to a strong, positive team environment, collaborating with a high-performing group and celebrating both individual and collective achievements.

The Must-Haves
• Background: An early career professional with a strong aptitude for learning, demonstrating a people-first mindset, and ready to grow and make an impact. No specific prior experience is required, emphasizing attitude as key.
• Experience: 0-3 years in any customer-facing, sales, or service role where direct interaction with clients was a primary responsibility.
• Skills: Strong communication abilities, a keen eagerness to learn and develop new skills, and a collaborative approach to teamwork within a stimulating environment.
• Bonus: An Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is considered a valuable asset, though it is not a mandatory requirement for this role.
