About the Job

Sewickley Academy is excited to announce a summer internship opportunity for individuals interested in joining our Buildings and Grounds team. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in project management and facilities operations while getting an inside look at the daily responsibilities of the Director of Building & Grounds. The position will work 20-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities

As a Facilities Management Intern, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Work on various projects and support the administrative functions of the department.
  • Collaborate closely with other team members, providing support and contributing to the successful completion of each project.
  • Be responsible for scanning documents.
  • Assist with information gathering and organizing building blueprints for the campus.

Qualifications

To be considered for this internship, you must be a rising Junior or Senior in the Fall of 2026, with strong communication skills (both written and verbal). The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, proactive, and detail-oriented, with a desire to learn and grow in the field of facilities management.
