What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Demonstrated experience with data entry utilizing a computer.
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently.
  • Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills.

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • One (1) year of experience in customer service or related fields, specifically within a contact center environment.
  • Previous work-from-home experience.
  • Background in state or federal work.
