What You’ll Actually Do
• Clinical Assistance: Directly assist doctors across a diverse range of dental treatment procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient patient care delivery.
• Operatory Management: Efficiently prepare operatory rooms for procedures and meticulously break them down, sterilizing and organizing equipment post-treatment.
• Sterilization & Safety: Implement and manage stringent infection control protocols, including the meticulous preparation and sterilization of all instruments and equipment to maintain a safe clinical environment.
• Record Keeping: Support doctors in patient charting by ensuring all patient records are accurately maintained and updated for comprehensive care management.
• Administrative Support: Undertake various essential office tasks to contribute to the overall efficiency and operational flow of the dental practice.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Possess a high school diploma or its equivalent, establishing a foundational educational requirement for this entry-level position.
• Experience: No prior experience is required, as this role offers a best-in-class training program designed to support your success. You must be able to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for your state of practice.
• Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills, crucial for building rapport with a diverse patient population of all ages and backgrounds, alongside a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
