• Mission: Screen plasma donors and perform phlebotomy to collect high-quality plasma that becomes life-changing medicines.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Donor Engagement: Answer phones, greet donors, and focus on their needs while ensuring the safety of all individuals in the center.
• Donor Assessment: Screen new and repeat donors, accurately taking and recording their vital signs and finger stick results.
• Record Management: Prepare donor charts, maintain precise records using the Donor Information System, and coordinate donor compensation.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operations and initiate changes to center processes using company approved procedures.
• Schedule Flexibility: Be available to support donors by working a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: No specific prior experience is strictly required for this role.
• Skills: Customer service, accurate record keeping, vital sign measurement, phlebotomy skills, fine motor coordination, depth perception, and the ability to hear equipment from a distance.
• Bonus: At least one year of experience working in a customer or patient-facing role.
