Internship Details

• Program Duration: 10 weeks
• Rotation: Interns will rotate through assigned department(s).
• Potential Departments:
  • Investor Relations
  • Asset Management
  • Marketing
  • Business Intelligence
  • Financial Services
  • Management Services
• Personalization: We work with you to understand your interests and place you in the heart of our corporate world.
• Regional Opportunities: Internships may be offered in various regional offices, including San Francisco, Raleigh, Alexandria, VA, and others, potentially allowing you to stay close to home.

Internship Structure

• Program Start and End: All interns will begin and conclude their experience at our Greensboro, NC home office.
• First Week:
  • Fantastic personal development training.
  • Opportunities to meet and network with various departments.
  • Gain foundational knowledge to maximize your internship experience.
• Last Week:
  • Opportunity to create and deliver a presentation about your experience.
  • Share your thoughts and ideas with Bell leaders.

Experience Overview

You will be actively engaged throughout the program, experiencing various roles within your assigned department(s). During your exciting 10 weeks, you will experience the following and more:

• Assisting in preparing presentations.
• Working on special projects related to the business unit.
• Gaining hands-on experience with business processes.
• Collaborating with project teams and gaining exposure to project meetings.
• Analyzing processes, reports, and information to understand their impact on the business.
• Getting hands-on experience with Bell’s internal platform systems and tools.
• Opportunities to work both independently and as part of a team.
