The Tone:
This is an internship at Enterprise, located at various Enterprise locations throughout the island of Oahu, Hawaii. Enterprise offers a comprehensive and paid program designed to give university and college students real-world professional experience. The internship focuses on building valuable business and leadership skills by tackling the same challenges as full-time professionals in a supportive, team-based environment. What You’ll Actually Do
• Fleet Management: Oversee the logistics and operational aspects involved in managing a fleet of vehicles.
• Customer Relations: Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction throughout their experience.
• Marketing Strategy: Create and implement effective marketing strategies to promote services and attract new business.
• Relationship Building: Foster strong professional relationships with both customers and team members to enhance business operations and collaboration.
• Project Completion: Apply learned skills to complete assigned intern projects and participate in friendly competitions with peers, demonstrating practical application of management principles.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor’s degree program, with a requirement to graduate no later than December 2027.
• Experience: Ability to work a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week during the specific Summer Intern Program period, from May 26, 2026, through July 31, 2026. Must also be authorized to work in the United States and not require future work authorization sponsorship.
• Skills: Possession of a valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record, meaning no more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years and no DUI/DWI in the last 5 years.
• Bonus: Preferred prior experience includes roles in retail sales, customer service, or demonstrating leadership capabilities.
