The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Team: Environmental team, reporting to the Environmental Service Leader.
• Mission: This intern will support various environmental projects, gathering and analyzing site data to recommend appropriate actions and ensure project quality.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Site Investigations: Conduct field investigations to gather data on potentially contaminated sites, including planning, execution of soil and water sampling, and proper documentation throughout the project.
• Data Evaluation: Research, evaluate, and interpret collected site data, including analyzing and interpreting findings to inform project recommendations.
• Technical Reporting: Assist with the creation and submission of comprehensive technical reports, exhibits, and presentations for various environmental projects.
• Quality Assurance: Take personal responsibility for the quality of tasks performed, performing routine analysis to check the accuracy of data and work products.
• Policy Adherence: Ensure consistent adherence to division, regional, and company values, policies, and practices within the environmental services team.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, currently working toward completion of a bachelor’s degree in a natural resource-related field.
• Experience: Demonstrable involvement in related coursework, indicating a growing knowledge of the environmental profession.
• Skills: Detail-oriented approach to tasks, ability to perform routine analysis for data accuracy, basic knowledge of software relevant to the position, and willingness to learn specialized environmental fields.
