Internship, Office of the President, Summer 2026 (June 1 – August 7th) | Center for Reproductive Rights
The Tone:
This is an internship at Center for Reproductive Rights, located in New York, NY. The Center is a global human rights organization dedicated to ensuring reproductive rights are protected in law worldwide as fundamental human rights. This role offers an undergraduate student the opportunity to provide essential support to the executive office, gaining experience in day-to-day functions within a global nonprofit while observing critical program work.

• Mission: This person provides crucial administrative, research, and data management support to the executive office, ensuring the President & CEO can effectively advance the organization’s global human rights mission.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Conduct research and prepare briefing materials for the President & CEO for upcoming meetings and speaking engagements.
• Maintain the CEO’s contacts database, including updating and categorizing for strategic outreach related to high-profile cases.
• Monitor public email accounts and prepare appropriate responses as needed.
• Support the Office of the President, including the President & CEO and Chief of Staff, in day-to-day administrative functions.
• Attend and observe substantive meetings, events, and conversations on program work across the organization.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Current undergraduate student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program with a strong commitment to the Center’s mission and values.
• Experience: Previous work experience in an office environment, demonstrating the ability to work independently and collaboratively under deadlines.
• Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written, and verbal presentation skills; a high level of discretion in handling confidential matters; and proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel.
• Bonus: A sense of humor.
