In This Market Development Specialist Role, You Will:

Your day will be full of energy, connection, and opportunity. As a Market Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Hitting the road, either on foot or by car, to explore your assigned territory.
  • Introducing local businesses to the comprehensive range of products and services W.B. Mason has to offer.
  • Meeting with potential clients, utilizing flyers, and employing a consultative mindset to uncover their specific needs.
  • Showcasing how our full range of workplace products and services can simplify and enhance their operations.
  • Conducting product demonstrations and sharing valuable web tools.
  • Offering custom pricing solutions tailored to client requirements.
  • Assisting new customers with their setup through the MasonvilleGO platform.
  • Collaborating closely with inside sales and onboarding teams to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional care for every new account.
  • Participating in regular branch sales meetings to stay connected and supported, leveraging the tools and team behind you to grow your market and your outside sales career.
