Entry Level Recruitment Consultant – Phaidon International

Location: Playa Vista, Los Angeles, CA

Compensation: $50,000 base salary + uncapped commission (estimated $75-85k 1st year On-Target Earnings (OTE), ~$95k 2nd year OTE)

Start Dates: March 23rd, April 20th, May TBD, June TBD

What does a Recruitment Consultant do at Phaidon International?

As an Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, your role will encompass three core areas:

Business Development:

• Proactively engage with relevant companies to identify their hiring needs.
• Build and nurture lasting relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Consult clients on their specific talent requirements through strategic outreach, highly tailored pitches, and ongoing client engagement.

Candidate Sourcing:

• Actively headhunt, cold call, and network to identify top-tier, passive candidates who possess the niche skills and experience required by your clients.
• Match candidates to client needs within your specialized market and geographic territory.

Process Management:

• Facilitate the connection between clients and top talent by managing the entire hiring lifecycle.
• Oversee the process from initial candidate introductions and interview scheduling to offer negotiation.
• Conduct post-placement follow-up to ensure a successful and lasting fit for both the client and the candidate.
