The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Pay: $26–$36 hourly
• Mission: Supports Value Partnerships by assisting with project management, operational best practices, data analysis, and digital tool enablement.
• Tech Stack: Microsoft Power BI, MS Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint
What You’ll Actually Do
• Partnership Management: Understand healthcare operations and the value of strategic partnerships, including their governance, roles, and responsibilities.
• Operational Development: Assist with project portfolio management for value partnerships and develop process maps to establish operational best practices, including an operational framework manual.
• Leadership Support: Support Engagement Managers by preparing materials such as presentations, pre-reads, agendas, and minutes for key leadership meetings.
• Data Reporting: Assist with building Microsoft Power BI reports and conduct data analysis using MS Excel to inform decisions.
• Digital Enablement: Provide assistance with enabling digital tools designed to manage Value Partnership deliverables efficiently.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, majoring in health administration, business administration, IT, Business Analytics, or Data Science.
• Experience: Early career, seeking to build skills and gain hands-on experience. A general understanding of the US healthcare industry, strategic partnerships, and fundamental business acumen is beneficial.
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Bonus: A minimum 3.0 GPA is preferred. Permanent work authorization in the U.S. is required.
