What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Operations: Support the smooth execution of daily financial and administrative tasks for the department.
• Transaction Processing: Accurately process incoming payments and outgoing receipts.
• Accounts Payable: Provide extensive assistance with accounts payable functions.
• Payroll Compliance: Review payroll timesheets to ensure accuracy and adherence to compliance standards.
• Financial Integrity: Assist with account reconciliations and contribute to reporting and compliance tasks, including preparing required reports and payroll schedules.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school graduate or equivalent education. Possesses core domain knowledge in accounting-related areas.
• Experience: 3+ years of accounting-related experience.
• Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and using a 10-key calculator. Must also demonstrate solid organizational skills.
• Bonus: Experience with Accounts Payable.
