What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

  • Represent the employer to patients with the highest levels of professionalism and care
  • Reach out to patients by phone to remind them to take surveys and collect information
  • Provide patients with quick, accurate, and easy-to-understand answers
  • Exercise good judgment and follow internal protocols for protecting patient privacy
  • Track throughput and backlog and communicate metrics to the operations team

What Is Required (Qualifications)

  • Exceptional phone communication skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals
  • Highly organized with the ability to multi-task and set priorities
  • Proficiency with GSuite and VOIP phones
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and pick up new protocols quickly
  • Good judgment and discretion in handling confidential information

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • 2+ years of experience working with medical records or in a patient-facing healthcare role
