What You’ll Actually Do
• Perform bookkeeping duties and maintain accurate data on financial statements.
• Reconcile all financial books with bank statements.
• Prepare comprehensive financial statements.
• Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct daybook, suppliers ledger, customer ledger, and general ledger.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Core domain knowledge in bookkeeping and accounting principles.
• Skills: Exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills; strong knowledge of QuickBooks, Excel, and basic accounting systems.
• Bonus: Prior experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
