Entry-Level Millwork Positions | Sierra Pacific Industries

What You’ll Actually Do
• Learn: Learn and perform various tasks across the plant site, gaining exposure to production, equipment maintenance, and supervision.
• Operate: Train to operate and fill in on various machine stations within the millwork facility.
• Maintain: Perform general labor duties, which includes shoveling, raking, and sweeping wood byproducts.
• Stack: Efficiently and safely stack and pile lumber.
