Key Responsibilities

  • Drive restaurant operations to achieve and maintain 5 Star Status, ensuring excellence in all aspects of service and quality.
  • Enhance the Domino’s brand image through professionalism, enthusiasm, and effective communication with both staff and customers.
  • Monitor daily sales, food costs, and labor expenses; make necessary adjustments and conduct follow-ups to optimize profitability and efficiency.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all local and company food safety standards and regulations.
  • Effectively train, mentor, and develop team members, fostering a skilled and productive workforce.
  • Establish and consistently maintain high levels of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction.
  • Motivate staff, cultivate a positive work environment, and lead by example in all duties and interactions.
  • Safeguard cash, inventory, and all other company assets in strict accordance with company guidelines and procedures.

General Team Member Duties (as needed)

  • Operate all restaurant equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Manage inventory, including receiving deliveries, proper storage, and timely transfer to preparation areas.
  • Prepare products according to Domino’s standards and handle telephone orders with courtesy and accuracy.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and complete all necessary associated paperwork accurately.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the entire facility and all equipment.

Minimum Qualifications

  • One year of prior management experience; previous experience at Domino’s Pizza is highly preferred.
  • Minimum age of 18 years, with the ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
  • Compliance with company image standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage various tasks simultaneously, work effectively both alone and as part of a team, perform under stress, and adhere to strict quality standards.
  • Availability for a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as business needs dictate.

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand or move around up to 100% of the time during shifts, often in a fast-paced environment.
