What You’ll Actually Do
• Financial Management: Oversee and directly manage all aspects of the facility’s billing operations, ensure effective collection strategies, and diligently handle accounts receivable processes to maintain financial solvency.
• Resident Trust Fund Administration: Expertly manage and maintain resident trust funds, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance, specifically utilizing the RFMS system.
• Medicaid Compliance: Ensure comprehensive and strict adherence to all West Virginia Medicaid processes and specific requirements, staying updated on any changes to maintain uninterrupted eligibility and funding.
• Regulatory Oversight: Guarantee full compliance with all pertinent state and federal regulations that govern long-term care facilities, proactively identifying and addressing any potential areas of non-compliance.
• Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely and effectively with various interdisciplinary teams across the facility, fostering clear communication and shared understanding to support seamless patient care and operational efficiency.
