The TL;DR

• Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
• Mission: To provide essential skilled nursing services and support patient self-care under the supervision of a registered nurse.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Care: Perform skilled nursing services for patients under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse.
• Education Support: Assist patients in developing and practicing self-care techniques to promote independence.
• Procedural Assistance: Support physicians and Registered Nurses during the performance of specialized medical procedures.
• Status Reporting: Communicate current health status and specific patient needs to the Registered Nurse and other care staff effectively.
• On-Call Duties: Provide on-call responsibilities and services, responding to the needs of patients and their families as required.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early career LPN with less than one year of clinical LPN experience, holding a current LPN license specific to the state(s) of assignment.
• Experience: Less than one year of clinical LPN experience, combined with a current CPR certification.
• Skills: Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and required liability insurance to facilitate patient visits.
