The Must-Haves
• Background: Requires current licensure to practice as a Registered Nurse in Pennsylvania or through the interstate Nurse Licensure Compact, or eligibility as a Graduate Nurse with a PA Temporary Practice Permit.
• Experience: No specific years of experience are listed as a minimum qualification.
• Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of the nursing process, adherence to professional nursing standards, and the ability to apply growth and development principles to patient care, along with AHA BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required prior to the end of the orientation period.
