Job Summary

Iron Mountain is searching for a proactive, curious, and analytical Summer 2026 Global RIM Analytics Intern to become a vital part of our Global RIM Analytics team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing complex business data and interpreting trends to formulate strategic recommendations. These recommendations will directly influence our go-to-market strategies and pipeline performance.

Our team provides essential support to global operations and commercial teams across all regions, engaging in daily collaboration to accelerate commercial opportunities for our core storage products. You will join an agile environment known for its “find a way to yes” culture, where your analytical contributions will have a direct impact on the strategic direction of our sales and product teams.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will:

  • Execute Data-Driven Insights: Run and analyze pipeline data and trends to deliver clear interpretations and actionable recommendations that bolster commercial storage opportunities.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product teams and solution executives to translate data analytics into tangible results for product and solution selling initiatives.
  • Support Strategic Lifecycle Management: Contribute to the growth of Records and Information Management (RIM) by leveraging AI tools and analytics to uncover insights, evaluate opportunities, and support strategic decision-making.

What You’ll Bring

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Academic Foundation: Currently a rising junior or incoming senior pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Applied Math, Data Science, or Economics.
  • Analytical Capabilities: A demonstrated ability to navigate unfamiliar data sets, interpret complex trends, and provide recommendations with clarity and intentionality.
  • Behavioral Agility: Proactive curiosity and the adaptability to adjust course swiftly within an agile team environment.
  • Communication Excellence: Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate data findings and foster collaboration with global business partners.

What We Offer

  • Location: Boston, Massachusetts (Remote)
  • Salary: $25 – $27 per hour.
  • Professional Exposure: Direct experience working with global business partners in both operations and sales, offering a unique perspective on how sales performance influences global operations.
  • Skill Development: Hands-on experience applying AI to analyze data and identify opportunities for business improvement.
