The Tone:
This is an internship at Omni Dallas Hotel, located in Dallas, TX. This role offers a hands-on training opportunity within the hotel business, allowing interns to gain practical experience as a “utility player” across various departments. Interns will directly contribute to creating lasting guest memories, aligning with the hotel’s “Power of One” philosophy and its culture of respect, gratitude, and growth.

• Mission: Provide hands-on training and exposure to various aspects of the hotel business through rotation in different departments, enhancing the guest experience.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Flexibility: Work across various entry-level service positions within the property, demonstrating adaptability based on business needs.
• Rotation: Rotate through key operational departments including front office, housekeeping, and food and beverage outlets/events, with potential for additional roles.
• Guest Service: Anticipate and proactively attend to guest needs, consistently delivering high-quality customer service.
• Teamwork: Demonstrate excellent teamwork and collaboration, actively contributing to a clean and safe work environment.
• Development: Actively participate in Omni Care Internship training and enrichment seminars throughout the summer season.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career, pursuing an opportunity to learn various aspects of the hotel business.
• Experience: Previous experience in a customer service position is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective guest and team interaction; strong customer service skills to anticipate and meet guest needs; willingness to learn and adapt quickly to different projects and changing environments.
