The Tone:
This is a full-time role at Aspen Dental, supporting various independently owned and operated dental practices across multiple locations. As an Entry-Level Dental Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the clinical needs of patients and doctors, directly contributing to community health one smile at a time. The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-time, with flexible scheduling options including part-time available at some locations.
• Location: In-person, various independently owned and operated Aspen Dental locations.
• Pay: $20–$24 hourly
• Team: Works within a dental team, supporting practice doctors and collaborating with other team members.
• Mission: Support the clinical needs of patients and doctors, ensuring efficient treatment procedures and contributing to exceptional patient care.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Care Support: Assist doctors during a variety of treatment procedures, ensuring smooth and efficient operations for patients.
• Operatory Management: Set up and break down operatories post-treatment, meticulously managing infection control and preparing instruments and equipment for sterilization.
• Administrative Support: Support patient charting for Doctors and perform various essential office tasks as necessary to maintain practice efficiency.
• Quality Service Delivery: Collaborate effectively with other members of the dental team to deliver exceptional patient care and a positive experience.
• Professional Development: Engage in paid training to achieve required radiology and safety certifications, supporting your career pathway to becoming a DANB Certified Dental Assistant.

The Must-Haves
• Background: High school diploma or equivalent. This is an early-career position open to individuals without prior experience.
• Experience: Ability to obtain radiology and safety certification within the required timeframe for the state of practice. Paid training and certifications are provided.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds, alongside a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
