Data & Reporting Intern | T-Mobile

This is an 11-week paid internship at T-Mobile, located in Overland Park, KS. • Mission: Support organizational decision-making by providing accurate, quality, and timely data insights through reports and dashboards.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Design & Produce: Design and produce a variety of reporting and data visualization solutions to support business insights.
• Gather Requirements: Gather and document report requirements, then write clear specifications to precisely meet specific business needs.
• Create & Enhance: Create, modify, and enhance existing and new reports using various reporting tools and data queries.
• Ensure Data Integrity: Run routine data queries from reporting tools, actively ensuring data integrity and the accuracy of all reported information.
• Support Senior Analysts: Provide reporting, analysis, and ad hoc reporting support to senior-level analysts as needed for various projects.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program.
• Experience: Demonstrate familiarity with database (DB) and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, specifically including hands-on experience or knowledge of Tableau, SQL, and Power BI.
• Skills: Proven proficiency in analytics, organizing information, and problem-solving, crucial for data-driven decision-making.
