What It’s Like
This is an 11-week paid learning experience designed to help interns learn, achieve, and build a career. Interns will have the chance to connect and network with other interns and company leaders. You’ll innovate alongside mentors who will challenge you to develop meaningful skills, contribute creative ideas, and work on hands-on projects that create an immediate impact.
What You’ll Do
This role focuses on supporting organizational decision-making through data. You will be responsible for:
- Designing and producing various reporting and data visualization solutions.
- Gathering and documenting report requirements.
- Writing specifications to meet business needs.
- Creating, modifying, and enhancing reports using reporting tools and queries.
Success in this role is measured by the accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of reports and dashboards, directly enabling informed decisions through reliable and accessible data insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering simple to moderately complex data inputs from multiple sources.
- Running routine data queries from reporting tools, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
- Partnering with customers & stakeholders to develop and produce a wide range of standard reports, ensuring delivery meets agreed-upon requirements.
- Assisting with the analysis, design, & testing of various enhancements & changes to reports or information portals.
- Supporting Senior-level analysts with reporting, analysis, and ad hoc reporting as needed.
What It Takes
Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in:
- Analytics
- Organizing
- Problem Solving
- Familiarity with DB and AI technologies, Tableau, SQL, Power BI.
Minimum Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age.
- Legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Graduate degree program.
- Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships.
Note: Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. This applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after completing their education.
Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants residing more than 50 miles from the internship location.
Intern wages range from $26/hour to $47/hour, with actual pay based on education/STEM vs non-STEM designation.
