• Mission: Serve as the immediate and welcoming face of Murphy USA, efficiently handling customer purchases, fuel transactions, and maintaining store organization.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Customer Assistance: Provide direct support to customers by facilitating all their purchases and fuel transactions.
• Register Operation: Accurately operate the cash register to process sales and manage financial transactions.
• Merchandising: Ensure the store remains well-organized and stocked by actively restocking merchandise.
• Customer Connection: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, striving to make meaningful connections during their store visit.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an entry-level position; therefore, no specific educational background is required. Applicants must be at least 18 years of age, with specific state-mandated age requirements applying: 19 in Indiana; 20 in Kentucky; and 21 in Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Illinois, Kansas, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, and Utah.
• Experience: No prior work experience is necessary for this role, welcoming individuals from various backgrounds including retail sales, gas station attendance, or those seeking their first job.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
