• Mission: Ensure seamless table game operations, uphold game integrity, and provide outstanding guest service while strictly adhering to financial and gaming regulations.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Guest Engagement: Foster positive guest experiences by providing exceptional service and maintaining friendly interactions with customers.
• AML Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations, including Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR), and Customer Identification requirements.
• Financial Handling: Manage all financial transactions at the table, accurately exchanging cash for playing chips, paying winning bets, and collecting losing bets.
• Game Facilitation: Oversee table game play, ensuring all wagers are placed correctly, dealing cards according to standard operating procedures, and computing payable odds accurately.
• Operational Security: Uphold table security and operational compliance by adhering to all casino policies, maintaining game integrity, and accurately completing required paperwork.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with a high school diploma or GED, possessing core domain knowledge in dealing cards.
• Experience: Requires one or more years of related experience and/or training in dealing cards, with specific gaming experience being mandatory. Must successfully pass an audition, meet Agua Caliente Casinos’ requirements for dealing efficiency, and complete a proficiency test.
• Skills: Ability to quickly and accurately differentiate chip (cheque) colors and their appropriate values, exhibit a professional demeanor, and possess excellent communication skills when interacting with the public. Must also be able to deal games in a fluid, efficient manner.
