Supply Chain Intern | Toray Advanced Composites (TAC)

The TL;DR
• Role: Internship
• Pay: $20–$25 hourly
• Team: Part of the Supply Chain team
• Mission: Coordinate and administer the annual supplier diversity survey to track and categorize supplier classifications effectively.
• Tech Stack: MS Excel, Outlook, Microsoft Forms, SurveyMonkey

What You’ll Actually Do
• Maintain: Maintain and update supplier contact lists to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
• Administer: Administer the annual supplier diversity survey efficiently to all designated suppliers.
• Follow-up: Follow up with suppliers proactively to encourage maximum participation in the survey.
• Organize and Validate: Organize survey results and perform comprehensive data validation to ensure the integrity of the information.
• Support: Support the Supply Chain team with various related administrative tasks as needed.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Must be a current college student planning to continue schooling after the internship period.
• Experience: Proficient with MS Excel and Outlook, with the ability to work effectively using survey tools such as Microsoft Forms or SurveyMonkey.
• Skills: Possess basic data analysis skills, strong professional communication abilities, detail-oriented and highly organized, and capable of interacting with suppliers in a professional manner.
• Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment as well as work independently on assigned tasks.
