Job Description

We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Part-Time Cook to join our team in Royal Palm Beach, FL. This role focuses on the preparation of high-quality food, with a specific emphasis on cold-pressed juicing and ensuring adherence to all food safety standards.

Major Responsibilities

  • Operate and maintain cold-pressed juicing equipment efficiently and safely.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with a variety of juicing recipes and contribute to recipe development.
  • Accurately calculate yields for juicing products to ensure consistent production and minimize waste.
  • Maintain a meticulously clean and organized workspace, adhering to all sanitation standards.
  • Efficiently produce and fulfill all food and juicing orders according to established standards and timelines.
  • Strictly adhere to all food safety guidelines and regulations to ensure the highest standards of public health.

Requirements

  • Education: High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Graduate of a culinary institute, military school, or completion of formal on-the-job training is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year of hands-on food preparation experience is required.
  • Experience with quantity food preparation is preferred.
  • Demonstrate proficient cooking skills and the ability to accurately follow established menus and recipes.
  • Possess knowledge of proper nutritional requirements and dietary guidelines.
  • Certification: Must possess a valid Food Service Sanitation Certificate.
