Agent Relations Specialist | American Integrity Insurance

What You’ll Actually Do
• Agent Development: Profitably grow segmented agents through strategic engagement.
• Agent Engagement: Conduct high-volume outbound phone and email campaigns with a focus on quality relationships and customer service.
• Relationship Management: Regularly communicate with agents and Territory Sales Managers to maintain strong partnerships.
• Performance Achievement: Meet established monthly production goals.
• Market & Product Insight: Acquire market intelligence and relay essential product information, agent feedback, and changes to the Product and Sales teams.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Minimum of two years of personal lines insurance experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. A Florida 20-44 license is a mandatory requirement.
• Experience: At least two years of personal lines insurance experience is required, demonstrating proficiency in the field. Additionally, intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel is essential for this role.
• Skills: Proven ability in delivering excellent customer service is paramount. The role requires strong interpersonal communication skills for engaging effectively with individuals and groups via telephone and in writing, alongside the capacity to communicate clearly with diverse technical, professional, and consumer clients. Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and resourceful information gathering skills are also critical.
• Bonus: Preference will be given to candidates holding a Florida 2-20 license. Familiarity with various types of insurance policies is a plus, as is experience with Salesforce/CRM or Tableau. Prior agency experience is also considered advantageous.
