What You’ll Actually Do
• Patient Care: Actively deliver patient care services, focusing on wellness.
• Supervision: Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns.
• Operations: Champion operational excellence, ensuring a safe and compliant pharmacy environment.
• Culture: Contribute actively to the company’s cultural initiatives that enhance overall success and sustainability.
• Therapy Management: Play a valuable role in disease state management, optimizing medication therapy, and assisting in managing acute and chronic conditions.
The Must-Haves
• Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or a Pharm.D, or an equivalent FPGEC (NABP) certification.
• Experience: Must possess an active pharmacy license in the state(s) of practice with all held licenses in good standing. Required to be a Certified Immunizer.
• Skills: Ability to work a variety of schedules; strong patient relationship-building skills, including knowing patients by name and fostering trust; expertise in delivering direct patient care and wellness services; proficiency in disease state management, optimizing medication therapy, and managing acute and chronic conditions; leadership capabilities for supervising pharmacy technicians, clerks, and interns; commitment to operational excellence, ensuring a safe and compliant pharmacy environment; active contribution to company cultural initiatives for overall success and sustainability.
