Compensation

Starting hourly rates are competitive and will be no less than the local minimum wage. Rates vary based on factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and applicable collective bargaining agreements.

• Cashier: $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Customer Service Associate: $16.76 – $25.15 per hour
• Courtesy Clerk/Bagger: $16.76 – $21.66 per hour

Please note: For the City of Seattle, labor agreements ensure starting rates begin at $18.94 per hour.
