• Mission: Oversee equipment logistics, from tracking and preparation to shipping and recovery, ensuring operational readiness for employees across North America.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Manage Logistics: Create shipping labels, track incoming and outgoing equipment to users, and provide weekly reporting on equipment returns and shipping label usage.
• Coordinate Returns: Align with the Equipment Recovery Team to initiate swift action on all returns pending, managing daily cases by pulling new tickets and ensuring their completion.
• Prepare Equipment: Receive, unpack, refurbish, clean, and pack returned and newly ordered equipment daily, including preparing PCs in a timely manner for upcoming classes and tickets.
• Forecast Needs: Track upcoming organizational requirements and anticipate volume for shipping and equipment stock based on new employee hiring across North America.
• Maintain Operations: Ensure all printed tickets are packed and on the loading dock prior to pick up, maintain a clean and organized depot environment, and assist with minor repairs and imaging as trained.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Must reside in the United States with a valid U.S. address for residence. The role involves physical tasks such as lifting up to 50lbs without assistance and standing for extended periods of time, requiring good eyesight for attention to detail.
• Experience: Practical experience in receiving, unpacking, refurbishing, cleaning, shipping, or packing equipment, including preparing PCs for dispatch. Experience in tracking equipment movement and assisting with minor repairs and imaging is also necessary.
• Skills: Strong attention to detail, physical capability to perform manual tasks including lifting and standing, and the ability to deliver expert customer experiences with a positive attitude.
• Bonus: Experience utilizing a forklift or pallet jack is preferred.
