What You’ll Actually Do
• Package Processing: Systematically load, unload, and meticulously sort a diverse range of packages, varying in size and weight, ensuring efficient movement within the warehouse.
• Physical Engagement: Undertake vigorous and physically demanding tasks that contribute to an active work environment, maintaining the flow of goods.
• Structured Shift Work: Fulfill daily work commitments through structured shifts; part-time employees typically complete one shift, while full-time employees are expected to cover two shifts.
• Adaptable Schedule: Operate within a flexible shift length framework, with daily hours fluctuating between 3 to 6 for part-time and 6 to 10 for full-time, dependent on overall package volume.
• Overtime Availability: Qualify for and receive overtime pay for any hours worked beyond the standard 40-hour work week, compensating for increased operational demands.

• Physical Aptitude: Possess the necessary physical capability and stamina to consistently perform high-energy and often strenuous warehouse duties.
