The TL;DR

• Pay: $23–$30 hourly

What You’ll Actually Do
• Project Management: Gain an understanding of financial management, document control processes, and trade partner relationships on construction projects.
• Field Management: Learn building processes by assisting with site logistics, ensuring quality control, and prioritizing safety on jobsites.
• Project Development: Contribute to strategies for acquiring new work, including budgeting, estimating, and purchasing activities.
• Business Operations: Explore essential functions that ensure the company runs smoothly, providing a holistic view of the Clark organization.
• Capstone Project: Develop innovative solutions for real-time business opportunities through a team-based project and present findings to company leadership.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Pursuing an undergraduate degree or equivalent, or a graduate degree; early career level.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest in the construction industry.
• Skills: Aptitude for financial management, document control, quality control, site safety, budgeting, estimating, and critical thinking to resolve unforeseen challenges.
