What You’ll Actually Do
• Pace Management: Control the pace of play on the golf course, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Guest Information: Provide comprehensive information regarding the golf course, estimated play times, and other golf-related inquiries.
• Service Delivery: Deliver excellent customer service to arriving guests, assisting in expediting the check-in process.
• Communication: Keep golf shop personnel informed regarding the pace of play, especially tracking from the first tee.
• Resource Provision: Supply guests with essential items such as scorecards, pencils, and other necessary materials.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career or Experienced Professional with a strong work ethic and a proactive approach to tasks.
• Experience: Possess a valid driver’s license and demonstrate a strong customer/guest orientation with experience interacting positively with the public.
• Skills: Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, be organized, dependable, and punctual.
