What You’ll Actually Do
• Vehicle Fueling: Fuel vehicles, including heavy-duty trucks, ensuring they are adequately prepared for their routes.
• Fleet Presentation: Wash, detail, and strategically move heavy-duty vehicles to maintain a professional appearance and optimize lot organization.
• Pre-Trip Inspections: Conduct multi-point inspections on inbound units and meticulously check tire pressure, promptly reporting any identified service issues to the shop for resolution.
• Inventory Management: Accurately record all fuel activity and maintain precise reconciliation of fuel and Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) inventories.
• Area Maintenance: Uphold the cleanliness and organizational standards of the fuel island area according to Six Sigma policies, and perform various minor facility maintenance tasks as assigned.

The Must-Haves
• Background: This is an Early Career opportunity for individuals aged 18 or older, with a preference for a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Candidates must possess proficiency in English for both written and verbal communication, alongside basic computer skills for data entry and understanding instructions.
• Experience: No prior experience is required for this role, though candidates with up to one year of relevant experience are preferred.
• Skills: Demonstrated customer service abilities, including the capacity to understand verbal communication. Required skills also include a high degree of thoroughness, dependability, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and strong organizational and time management capabilities with attention to detail.
• Bonus: A valid Commercial Driver License (CDL) CLASS A is preferred for this position. Candidates without a CDL will be required to obtain one within 6 months after hire.
