KPMG is currently seeking an Intern, Digital Delivery, Niche Systems for Digital Nexus.

Responsibilities

  • Support internal technology initiatives by contributing to assessment, research, and delivery activities that enable modernization and innovation across specialized systems.
  • Support the assessment of digital transformation readiness across a defined set of Niche applications by assisting with the evaluation of governance structures, design approaches, and value realization metrics, including gathering inputs, analyzing findings, and documenting observations.
  • Conduct research on emerging technologies, tools, and industry trends relevant to Niche applications and digital delivery, synthesizing insights to inform innovation discussions, solution design considerations, and future-state opportunities.
  • Assist with the end-to-end delivery of Niche digital solutions by contributing to activities across the solution lifecycle, including design support, development tasks, testing, deployment preparation, and operational or post-deployment support under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications

  • Must be enrolled in an accredited college or university and pursuing the following degrees/majors: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Communications, Management, Marketing, Operations, Organizational Psychology, Organizational Change or equivalent program from an accredited college or university.
  • Must have a current/most recent GPA of 3.0 or above.
  • Strong technical aptitude, critical thinking skills, and ability to navigate MS Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
  • Understanding of business processes and information management concepts, with exposure to project management methodologies and best practices; the ability to apply these principles in a structured, collaborative technology environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and emerging leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively as a flexible, adaptable team player and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced technology environment.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.
  • Work location may be in the office, at client sites, or virtual/remote depending on business need; you must be located within the U.S. when working remotely; client site locations may require travel and overnight/extended stay.
