What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering exceptional customer service while implementing and upholding site-specific safety and security procedures.
• Incident Response: Efficiently and calmly manage incidents and critical situations, employing problem-solving skills to ensure a secure environment.
• Security Patrols: Perform consistent and random patrols across business premises and perimeters to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential risks.
• Emergency Protocols: Execute defined emergency response activities promptly and effectively, adhering to client-specific policies and training.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Candidates must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed security positions, or 21 years of age for roles requiring armed responsibilities. A high school diploma or GED equivalent is required, or individuals may qualify with 5 years of verifiable experience in a relevant field.
• Experience: No previous security experience is necessary for this role, as Allied Universal is committed to providing comprehensive training to all new hires.
• Skills: Demonstrated ability to deliver professional customer service, capacity to respond to and de-escalate incidents and critical situations calmly, and the capability to conduct thorough and regular security patrols.
• Licensing: Willingness and ability to acquire any state and/or local security licenses required for employment; Allied Universal provides training and support for this process.
• Bonus: A valid driver’s license is required only for specific positions that involve operating company vehicles or driving as a core duty.
