Intern – Global Partnerships | Crocs, Inc.
The Tone:
This is a 10-week internship at Crocs, Inc., located in Broomfield, CO. Crocs, Inc. focuses on building the future of the fashion footwear industry, encouraging individuals to make a real impact and break molds. This role is crucial for supporting global brand partnerships, which manage collaborations within sport, entertainment, streetwear, and fashion. The internship provides hands-on learning and contributes directly to key business initiatives by exploring emerging trends and driving collaboration success.

• Mission: Support the global brand partnerships marketing team to manage Crocs collaborations and drive go-to-market strategies for key categories.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Analyze Trends: Use qualitative and quantitative data to assess the impact of emerging trends, such as Gen Z interests, understanding their relevance to Crocs and collaboration partners.
• Support Go-to-Market: Assist the team with the go-to-market approach for new footwear, Jibbitz, and accessories within the collectibles category.
• Execute Marketing: Provide support for photoshoots, marketing playbook development, execution, and reporting for key category initiatives.
• Facilitate Communication: Help maintain marketing playbooks for global partnerships and ensure clear communication across various channels including social, PR, creative, and product.
• Manage Logistics: Assist with shipping logistics and inventory management for collaboration products, including distribution to partners, celebrities, and creators.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. This is an early career role designed for recent graduates (2026).
• Experience: Available to work full-time (40 hours/week) Monday through Friday during the internship program dates of June 8 – August 14, 2026.
• Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to multi-task and balance multiple projects, proactive problem-solving, and a deep understanding of pop culture.
• Bonus: An enthusiast for the Crocs brand, driven, and resourceful. Must permanently reside and work in the U.S. and be open to relocating to the Broomfield, CO area upon graduation for consideration for full-time, in-office positions.
