Sales Representative, Small Business Services | ADP

• Pay: $35900–$77700 yearly
• Mission: Identify and sign new clients (1-49 employees) for ADP’s payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions, while expanding services for existing clients.
What You’ll Actually Do
• Client Acquisition: Identify and sign new small business clients (1-49 employees) for ADP’s comprehensive HR solutions.
• Account Expansion: Sell additional payroll, tax, human resources, and benefits solutions to existing ADP clients.
• Relationship Cultivation: Cultivate relationships, set appointments, and gather leads from established business partners.
• Solution Presentation & Closing: Assess client or prospect needs to present the best ADP solutions and spend time in the field closing business.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work independently and collaboratively within your assigned geography to close sales, win business, and reach sales goals.
The Must-Haves
• Background: Early Career professional with demonstrated skills for the job in a relevant industry or through military service.
• Experience: One to two years of prior work experience or internships in Retail, Marketing, Business Development, Food Service, Insurance Sales, or Military experience.
• Skills: Ability to cold call without fear of rejection, manage time effectively, and present ideas clearly in person, over the phone, and on paper. Demonstrated problem-solving in fast-paced environments, continuous learning, integrity, resilience, and a determined attitude.
• Bonus: Prior quota-carrying experience and the ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.
