Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Junior or Senior preferred, currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Hotel/Tourism Management, or a related field.
• Proficient in spoken and written English, with strong communication skills.
• Ability to effectively follow company policies and procedures and exercise sound judgment in various situations.
• Capable of professionally handling guest concerns, including challenging and difficult situations, with empathy and efficiency.
• Reliable and flexible to meet dynamic scheduling needs, including occasional nonstandard hours, ensuring seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Rooms Division Explorer: Gain hands-on experience across critical back-of-house operations including housekeeping, laundry services, basic engineering tasks, and inventory management. Master the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation for guest rooms and public spaces, adhering strictly to brand guidelines.
• Guest Services Champion: Dive into the heart of front office operations, encompassing reservations, check-in/check-out procedures, and night auditing. Learn the intricacies of property management systems (PMS), effective service recovery techniques, and seamless inter-departmental communication to ensure an exceptional guest experience.
• Cash Handling Pro: Develop and demonstrate proficiency in handling cash transactions, preparing daily deposits, and ensuring secure and balanced bank procedures in accordance with company policies.
• Aimbridge Values Ambassador: Uphold the highest standards of trust, responsibility, and sound judgment in all interactions. Represent Aimbridge with unwavering integrity and professionalism, reflecting our core values in every task.
