The TL;DR
• Role: Full Time
• Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7 AM to 3:30 PM
• Pay: $18 hourly
• Team: Market Operations group
• Mission: Ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient delivery of products to customers.
• Tech Stack: Forklift, order picker, pallet jack, reach truck, keg fork dock stocker, slip-sheet lift, de-layer, clamp truck, double pallet jack, floor scrubber, computerized schematics.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Order Fulfillment: Accurately build complete orders for various dock routes, precisely matching invoices through meticulous case picking or operation on the bottle line, ensuring timely preparation for dispatch.
• Truck Loading: Systematically load route trucks with finished product, adhering strictly to computerized schematics to optimize space and ensure safe transport.
• Equipment Operation: Perform comprehensive daily inspections of all assigned warehouse equipment, including a wide range of material handling machinery, and promptly report any identified deficiencies to maintain operational safety and efficiency. Safely and responsibly operate equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, pallet jacks, reach trucks, and other specialized lifts as needed for product movement.
• Safety and Compliance: Proactively perform essential cleaning and maintenance duties within the warehouse, actively identify and report any unsafe work area conditions to uphold a secure working environment for all team members.
• Product Handling: Safely and properly manage the handling of all incoming shipments and outgoing replenishment of beverage alcohol products, ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulations regarding product integrity and storage.

The Must-Haves
• Background: Foundational ability to comprehend and execute both verbal and written instructions in English.
• Experience: No specific years required for prior experience; however, a demonstrated capability to perform warehouse functions is essential.
• Skills: Excellent communication skills for effective team interaction, strong problem-solving capabilities for operational challenges, the exercise of sound judgment in daily tasks, a high degree of professionalism in all work, acute attention to detail to ensure accuracy, and the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Bonus: Possession of a High School diploma or its equivalent is preferred; previous experience and/or specialized training in a warehouse environment is also highly valued.
