• Mission: Equip individuals with proven industry knowledge, skills, and resources to build relationships and lead in sales, operations, or management, completing a structured program in 12-24 months.

What You’ll Actually Do
• Sales Operations: Handle sales processes for both inbound customer calls and outbound solicitation efforts.
• Lead Generation: Generate new rental, lease, and used vehicle sales leads.
• Asset Management: Manage all rental asset processes, including vehicle preventive maintenance and adherence to cleanliness standards.
• Customer Relations: Reconcile customer concerns, issues, and disputes to maintain ongoing relationships and expand the current customer base.
• Data Management: Maintain current and accurate data within the company’s marketing database.

• Background: This program is for early career professionals, motivated and coachable, who are eager to launch a career in sales, operations, or management. The training touches every aspect of the business unit, providing comprehensive learning and development.
• Experience: Intermediate computer literacy is a required foundation for this role.
• Skills: Strong verbal and written communication; excellent interpersonal skills to foster professional relationships; ability to work effectively both independently and as a team member; detail-oriented with robust follow-up practices; high energy, self-directed, and capable of managing multiple projects concurrently; demonstrated aptitude to learn quickly.
• Bonus: A willingness and ability to relocate to another region or within the US is expected upon completion of the training program.
