What You’ll Actually Do
• Washing: Wash dishes and operate the dishwasher to thoroughly clean all chinaware, silverware, and cooking utensils.
• Cleaning: Scrub pots and pans, and perform burnishing, de-tarnishing, and polishing of silver items.
• Maintenance: Stock and maintain necessary supplies and equipment, along with performing general cleaning duties such as mopping and trash removal.
• Logistics: Transport and properly store clean serviceware, and prepare and place it for various events and functions.
• Training: Provide training to other stewards as needed, ensuring adherence to the highest standards.
